By accessing, browsing, requesting information, downloading materials, or contacting us through this site, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
If you register, sign in, and use the Computing Power Router platform (console, API, top-up, developer tools, etc.), the Computing Power Router User Agreement and Computing Power Router Privacy Policy (available on the console sign-in page) additionally apply alongside these terms. For Computing Power Router product services, the product-level agreements prevail.

This site presents Xinghan Cloud's products, capabilities, solutions, ecosystem partnerships, and related information. It does not constitute a public commitment, investment advice, or guarantee of results.
Product capabilities, page content, pricing notes, node coverage, model support, release plans, download information, and availability shown on this site may be adjusted in light of business strategy, technical upgrades, partnership changes, or compliance requirements. The actual service delivered and any signed contract govern.
