1. About this policy and the processor
This Privacy Policy is issued by the personal-information processor Zhejiang Xinghan Cloud Computing Technology Co., Ltd. ("we"). We process personal information related to your visit to the Xinghan Cloud website and your contact with us in accordance with the PRC Personal Information Protection Law, Cybersecurity Law, Data Security Law, and related rules.
This policy applies only to the Xinghan Cloud official website (company level). If you use the Computing Power Router platform, the Computing Power Router Privacy Policy (available on the console sign-in page) additionally applies.
2. Information we may collect
- Information you provide voluntarily — e.g., your name, company, contact details, and inquiry content submitted by phone, email, or business communication.
- Basic technical information generated during access — e.g., visit time, page path, device type, browser type, language settings, and basic access logs.
- We follow the principle of minimum necessity and collect only the information necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy.
3. How we use information
We may use information to respond to your inquiries, support business communication, improve site presentation, assess access stability and security, improve user experience, and meet legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not use information provided through the website for purposes unrelated to this policy. Where processing extends beyond this policy, we will inform you and, where required by law, obtain your consent.
4. Cookies and local storage
To improve the experience, this site may use browser local storage or similar technologies to remember UI preferences such as language and theme. This information is intended to improve usability and is not used to identify sensitive personal characteristics.
You may clear or disable local storage and cookies via your browser settings; some preference features may then not work, but this does not affect browsing the main content.
5. Third-party resources & cross-border transfer
To improve page-load experience, some static resources (such as web fonts) may be served by overseas content-delivery nodes. When loading such resources, your access IP and basic device/browser information may be transmitted to and processed by overseas service nodes.
Apart from such technically necessary resource loading, personal information collected and generated within the PRC is in principle stored and processed within the PRC. Where cross-border provision is genuinely necessary for business, we will fulfill obligations such as notification, obtaining separate consent, and security assessment as required by law.
6. Sharing, transfer & disclosure
- Except as required by laws, regulators, or judicial authorities, or as necessary to protect lawful rights, we do not sell, rent, or improperly disclose your personal information to unrelated third parties.
- Where a trusted service provider is engaged, we require them by agreement to maintain confidentiality and security within the agreed scope and supervise their processing.
- In the event of a merger, division, dissolution, or bankruptcy, we will inform you of the recipient and require it to remain bound by this policy, or to obtain your consent anew.
7. Retention period
We retain personal information only for the shortest period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy. Inquiry and business-communication information is generally deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after the communication ends; basic access logs are retained for a reasonable period as needed for operations and security.
Where laws prescribe a different retention period, or where retention is necessary to perform legal obligations, handle disputes, or for security audits, the relevant rules apply. After the retention period, information is deleted or anonymized.
8. Data security
We adopt reasonable managerial, technical, and operational measures to protect information and reduce risks of unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or loss. However, internet transmission and storage are not absolutely secure, and we cannot guarantee against every risk.
In the event of a personal-information security incident, we will activate our contingency plan, take timely remedial measures, and notify you and report to competent authorities where required by law.
9. Your rights
- Access & copy: you may access and copy the personal information you provided to us.
- Correction & supplementation: you may request correction or supplementation of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion: you may request deletion of your personal information where permitted by law.
- Withdrawal of consent: for processing based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time; withdrawal does not affect prior processing, and we will stop the relevant processing thereafter (which may prevent us from continuing to provide related features).
- You may submit such requests via the channels listed in this policy; we will verify and respond within the statutory period and explain any refusal.
10. Protection of minors and children
Our services are primarily intended for adults with full legal capacity. If you are a minor, please access this site with the consent, guidance, and supervision of your guardian.
We do not knowingly direct services to children under 14. If you are the guardian of a child under 14, you should read this policy and make relevant decisions on their behalf. If we collect a child's personal information without prior guardian consent, we will delete it as soon as practicable upon discovery in accordance with the Provisions on the Cyber Protection of Children's Personal Information. Guardians may contact us via the channels listed in this policy.
11. Complaints & reporting
If you believe our processing of personal information harms your lawful rights, you may first complain to us via the channels listed in this policy, and we will investigate and handle it promptly.
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, you may also complain or report to competent authorities such as the cyberspace, telecommunications, or market-regulation departments, or bring a lawsuit before a competent People's Court.
12. Updates to this policy
We may update this policy in light of legal, business, or technical changes. The updated policy takes effect when posted to this page. For changes materially affecting your rights, we will provide a more prominent notice in an appropriate manner.
